Roxy came across Pilates for the first time after she had been diagnosed with chronic pain in 2013. After a year of intensive Pilates training her back was rehabilitated. Impressed with the rapid and successful recovery rate, she decided to expand her interest in Pilates and transitioned into full-time teaching.

Roxy is passionate about helping people achieve their personal goals and develop body and mind awareness. She believes safe and effective movement is the key to a happy and healthy body.

Roxy loves to use music and creative class planning to keep her classes fun and interesting.

Outside studio hours Roxy is addicted to the ocean and has a deep love for animals.
