Renata has always been passionate about physical activities, especially swimming. But after a couple of surf and skateboard related injuries she decided to dedicate her career to studying and gathering experience in pilates rehabilitation.
Renata’s pilates journey began the same year she started doing her bachelor degree in physical education in 2000. She also has background as a personal trainer.
Renata’s teaching is based on the core principles of pilates: concentration, precision, control, balance, breathing and flow. Her motto as an instructor is: “ We can do anything and work out everything! ”
Outside the studio mats Renata loves to spend quality time with her family on the beach or by the pool or travelling around South America and South Pacific.
