Leala Delaney

“Movement and exercise are so important for the body and mind to function optimally.”

Leala has a personal training (PT) background and she is currently finalizing her physiotherapy studies. Leala’s background comes across in her classes from the squats and lunges to cues about relaxing your neck and keeping your shoulders down. Her classes aren’t easy (as she counts slooooooowly), but they’ll be a lot of fun! When not at PXA, you might find Leala being active and getting outdoors, watching the sunrise!
