Q. How can I become a Pilates X Australia member?
A. It’s very easy, just choose the Membership best for You and sign up here.

Q. Do you offer a trial period?
A. You may try our classes for an affordable casual fee as often as You please.

Q. I’m going on vacation; do I have to pay for the days I miss?
A. As long as you inform us at least 72 hours earlier we can put Your membership on hold.

Q. I’m having a medical procedure done; can I apply for sick leave from my Pilates X Australia?
A. Please let us know as soon as you know your recovery period and we will put your membership on hold.

Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. We’d be terribly sorry to see You go; but if needed please send us an email regarding your cancellation. The notice period for cancellation is 2 weeks outside your minimum term of commitment unless stated otherwise in your membership agreement.


Q. How do I book in to a Pilates X Australia class?
A. You can book in to classes through our online booking system or our Mindbody Connect app .

Q. What is my user name?
A. Your user name is the email address you registered when signing up.

Q. I can’t remember my user name / password.
A. No worries. Just send us an email and we’ll reset it for you.

Q. What if I can’t make it to class after all?
A. If you can’t make it to class we ask that you kindly cancel your class ASAP to avoid no-show fees.


Q. How much does a Pilates X Membership cost?
A. The cost depends on which Membership you choose. We offer different types of Memberships from Casual to VIP to provide the best fit possible.

Q. How can I pay for my membership?
A. You can pay online when signing up.

Q. Do you charge for no-shows?
A. Since we cap our classes at 12 persons we do charge a no-show fee of $10.

Q. Do you offer child care?
A. Yes, we have a nanny you can book for our child-friendly Pilates X Zen/Props classes.

Q. Can I claim my health insurance?
A. Yes You can. Please send any invoice requests to us by email.
